Hilary Hofstetter, M.S.

Our platform for the consulting services we offer at Restore are built upon Organizational Development (OD), a planned, big-picture perspective effort to steer an organization through adaptations to its operations, structures, or strategies for improved performance and effectiveness. 

 

OD uses a behavioral science-based methodology largely based on the human resource side of the organization.  We assess and offer suggestions for adjustments to systems and communications within the organization in order to solve problems and improve the innerworkings of the organization...from the inside out. 

 

The goal of our efforts, although unique to every client we work with, can be generalized by improving:

 

- The redefining of organizational structures.

- Reducing bureaucracy.

- Increasing productivity.

- Improving the management and optimization of costs.

- Refining procedures and processes.

- Improving the work environment and people experience.

- Building an organizational culture that optimizes productivity and increases longevity.

- Assisting with hiring to meet and build organizational culture and reduce turnover.

Implementing OD is unique to each organization.  What works for one business may not benefit or be needed at another.  Hilary prides herself in offering a thorough assessment process that will optimize efforts towards change.   As a business consultant, Hilary believes that organizational clarity, purpose, and lasting change is only possible with a paradigm shift that involves every member of the team. 

 

After earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Northern Illinois University, Hilary completed her Master's Degree in Management and Organizational Development at Benedictine University in Naperville. Hilary has more than 30 years of experience working in healthcare in marketing, recruiting and administrative roles.
