She has specialized training in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and

Psychotherapy.

Trisha is the best therapist I have ever worked with. Being that I had not sought out mental health treatment until about about 9 years ago, I have seen a few different therapists to start to work on things. Trisha has been exactly what I have needed to start working on things. She has been extremely kind and supportive. She has listened to me and made me actually feel heard and valued.
